Following 15 years as a member of EY's restructuring practice, Sarah Hemming founded Croft Cottage Advisory to concentrate on her skills and expertise within in the Legal Entity Rationalisation ("LER") space.  Sarah is a Chartered Accountant with more than a decade of experience designing, implementing and managing LER projects on both a national and international scale.

Sarah's broad restructuring experience uniquely places her to advise on the most challenging LER projects, including the amalgamation of trading businesses and large scale, multi-jurisdictional eliminations.  

 

Sarah has worked across a range of sectors and ownership structures including private equity backed businesses, listed group's and owner managed businesses.

Sarah has demonstratable technical expertise, stakeholder management skills and project management experience, aligning her approach to individual client and project requirements.
