Global entity rationalisation program
Designed and managed a cross functional diligence exercise to remove 40+ dormant and trading entities from a global consumer products organisation. Generating success through aligning diligence methodology to changing business and PE investor priorities. Played an integral role in the set up and ongoing management of the steering committee and its relationship with Group CFO. Worked alongside external tax advisors to ensure the LER program considered and aligned to broader tax, and in particular, transfer pricing considerations.

Trading entity hive up
Delivery of a complex project plan to hive up an active consumer products company, ensuring risks and issues were identified and planned across all work streams, including supplier/customer contacts, accounting considerations and defined benefit pension scheme.

Accelerated large scale diligence program
Project set up, including an initial stakeholder workshop to agree project methodology and to consider approach to key thematic issues. Expert analysis of 80 legal entities within six weeks to meet the board requirements for a listed UK group. Diligence included the preparation of individual entity balance sheet clear down steps and wider diligence step plans.

Multiphase LER project
A multi phase LER project within the energy sector that included an initial rationalisation of the historical private equity structure; amalgamation of trading entities; and subsequent reorganisation of divisional structure to support delivery of effective cost of capital on group debt. Engaged across a range of senior internal and external stakeholders, advisors and key management within the group.
